Human Resources Intern
At ECCO USA, Inc., we believe people are at heart of our success. The Human Resources Intern will support
the People & Culture team with day-to-day HR operations and special projects. This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment,
employee administration, reporting, and employee engagement initiatives. It is an excellent opportunity for someone looking
to gain practical HR experience in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Location: On-site - Salem, NH
Schedule: Part-Time (15-20 hours/week)
Internship Timeframe/Start Date: 1 year, with start date as soon as possible

What You'll Do:
- Recruiting Support: Assist with the recruitment process, including resume screening reviewing
- HR Administration: Create, maintain, and audit personnel records; manage benefits distribution; support
and oversee file archiving and inventory management.
- Employee Services: Support employee recognition programs such as service awards and milestone
Other Duties & Responsibilities:
- Benefit Invoice Processing: Ensure timely and accurate handling of benefit-related invoices.
- Purchase Order Processing: Manage and track purchase orders in alignment with company policies.
- Unemployment Claims & Training Coordination: Support unemployment claims processing and assist
- Employee Handbook Development: Collaborate on updates and contribute innovative ideas to
- Scanning & Filing: Perform regular scanning and filing of documents to maintain organized and

Minimum Qualifications – Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; currently pursuing
- 1 year experience in customer service, administrative support, or HR support role.
Minimum Qualifications – Skills & Abilities:
- Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Ability to prioritize work and adjust priorities as needed.
- Superior organization and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work with and maintain confidential information with discretion.
- Naturally curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Results-drive with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and in a professional manner (verbally and written).
Hourly Range: $18-$20/hour
