Position Overview: As a Luxury Custom Homebuilder Superintendent you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the construction of high-end custom homes. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management:
- Lead and manage the overall construction process, from initial site preparation to final inspection, while maintaining a strong focus on quality, safety, and timeline adherence.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project plans are executed accurately and in accordance with design specifications.
- Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Site Supervision:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to ensure work is carried out efficiently and to high-quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any potential issues, deviations from plans, and quality concerns.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Quality Control:
