Admissions & Recruitment Coordinator

Ecclesia College is seeking an Admissions & Recruitment Coordinator to help prospective students and families navigate the college search and enrollment process while expanding Ecclesia’s recruitment presence throughout Northwest Arkansas and the River Valley.

This is a full-time, on-campus position in Springdale, Arkansas, reporting to the Director of Enrollment. The ideal candidate is relational, organized, comfortable initiating conversations, committed to Christian higher education, and able to move effectively between student recruitment, campus visits, events, communication, and admissions operations.

Compensation

This position pays $26,000 annually and includes paid time off and parental leave.

Primary Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospective students and families through phone, text, email, in-person conversations, and other outreach.
• Recruit prospective students throughout Northwest Arkansas and the River Valley through high school visits, college fairs, Christian school partnerships, homeschool connections, community events, and other opportunities.
• Develop relationships with school counselors, educators, pastors, ministry leaders, and community partners.
• Support transfer recruitment, including outreach and recruitment activities at Northwest Arkansas Community College (NWACC).
• Coordinate prospective student campus visits, tours, and recruitment events.
• Help students move from inquiry through application, admission, and enrollment by providing clear and timely next steps.
• Maintain accurate prospective student records and activity within Ecclesia College's CRM.
• Assist with application processing and admissions operations during peak periods.
• Collaborate with athletics, academics, financial aid, student life, and other campus partners while maintaining clear Admissions ownership of the prospective student relationship.
• Represent Ecclesia College professionally and communicate its Christian mission, academic programs, student experience, and enrollment opportunities.
• Participate in occasional evening, weekend, and recruitment travel responsibilities as needed.
• Perform other enrollment-related responsibilities assigned by the Director of Enrollment.

Qualifications

• Active Christian faith and demonstrated alignment with the mission and values of Ecclesia College.
• Willingness to support and live according to the Ecclesia College Code of Honor.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with prospective students, parents, educators, and community partners.
• Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple students, projects, events, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Comfortable learning and using CRM, student information, email, texting, and productivity platforms.
• Ability to work independently while functioning as part of a small enrollment team.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel for recruitment activities.

Experience in college admissions, student recruitment, higher education, ministry, Christian education, sales, customer service, student services, or another relationship-centered field is helpful but not required.
