This role operates at the intersection of strategy, operations, leadership, and governance, acting as a force multiplier for the executive office. The ideal candidate has deep business judgment, exceptional executive presence, and the ability to operate seamlessly across strategy formulation and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities
- Enterprise Strategy & Execution
- Translate CEO and Board-level strategy into executable plans across business units.
- Own enterprise-level priorities, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), operating rhythms, and performance tracking.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives with executive visibility and business impact.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and execution gaps; proactively resolve roadblocks.
- Executive Advisory & Decision Support
- Serve as a trusted thought partner to the CEO on strategic, financial, and organizational decisions.
- Prepare CEO for Board meetings, investor discussions, regulatory reviews, and key external engagements.
- Synthesize complex information into executive-level insights and recommendations.
- Represent the CEO internally and externally when delegated.
- Operating Cadence & Governance
- Design and lead executive operating models, decision forums, and leadership cadences.
- Ensure accountability across leadership teams through disciplined follow-up and execution.
- Align organizational structure, incentives, and processes with strategic objectives.
- Drive governance for major initiatives, including transformations and integrations.
- Organizational Effectiveness
- Partner with HR and executives on leadership effectiveness, succession planning, and talent strategy.
- Support change management efforts during periods of growth, restructuring, or transformation.
- Reinforce culture, values, and leadership standards across the organization.
- Special Initiatives & CEO Office Leadership
- Lead high-impact initiatives such as M&A integration, market expansion, turnaround efforts, or digital transformation.
- Conduct scenario planning, financial modeling, and competitive analysis as needed.
- Oversee CEO Office priorities, communications, and confidential matters with discretion.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
- 10–15 years of progressive experience in:
- Management consulting, strategy, operations, or executive leadership roles.
- Demonstrated experience partnering directly with C-suite leaders and Boards.
- Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional initiatives at scale.
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to think several moves ahead and connect decisions to enterprise impact.
- Brings discipline, structure, and follow-through to ambiguous environments.
- Trusted by senior leaders; drives results through credibility and alignment.
- Handles sensitive matters with confidentiality and maturity.
- Comfortable in Boardrooms, investor settings, and high-stakes environments.
