We are entering a growth phase and seeking a Venue Sales Manager to help scale bookings across our portfolio.
Role Description
This is a full-time, commission-based Venue Sales Manager role (remote, with travel required for in-person tours at our Southern California properties).
Leads are provided.
The Venue Sales Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing inbound venue inquiries
- Responding promptly and professionally
- Conducting private estate site tours
- Guiding prospects through a defined sales process
- Preparing proposals and negotiating contracts
- Securing signed agreements and deposits
- Protecting calendar inventory and enforcing booking timelines
- Tracking sales metrics and maintaining CRM discipline
- Collaborating with design and operations teams for clean handoff after booking
This role is focused on locking in bookings while operating within a structured, process-driven system. Once a contract is secured, clients transition to our operations team.

Qualifications
Required:
- Direct experience in venue sales (wedding, film production and/or event venues required)
- Proven success closing venue contracts
- Experience giving in-person property tours
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to operate within structured sales processes and SOPs
- Comfort using CRM software (GoHighLevel and similar)
- Experience tracking and reporting on sales metrics
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred:
- Previous Sales Manager or Venue Sales Director experience
- Background in hospitality or luxury service environments
- Knowledge of event planning, venue management, and event production
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field
