- Competitive Pay: $80,000 - $106,000 annually
- Work Site Location: Hanover, MD
- Set Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position may require working long hours and on weekends.

- Lead and mentor a regional service team to deliver maintenance and repair of low-voltage security systems.
- Develop and manage subcontractor partnerships to support surge capacity and geographic coverage.
- Collaborate with dispatch, remote services, installation, customer success, and sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor service ticket backlog, drive process compliance, and ensure key performance indicator (KPI) achievement (MTTR, backlog reduction, system uptime)
- Manage customer escalations, audits, and preventative maintenance programs
- Oversee on-call schedules to support weekend and holiday field service needs
- Ensure vehicles, equipment, and inventory are properly maintained and service-ready
- Champion a first-time fix culture through root cause analysis and quality assurance initiatives
- Support National Accounts leadership with reporting, updates, and SLA performance
- Lead/participate in continuous improvement initiatives across the department
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Minimum of 7 years managing low-voltage technicians or service teams
- Strong technical expertise in CCTV (analog & IP), access control, intrusion alarms, and intercom systems in the security industry.
- Solid networking implementation/troubleshooting experience
- Experience managing full-time technicians and subcontractor networks
- Proficiency in service management platforms and business software (Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Smartsheet, Excel)
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
- Experience overseeing the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV installations.
