- Work site location: Long Beach, CA
- Schedule: Full Time, Days Vary, Hours 10:30pm - 7:00am

- Review camera footage and assess potential security risk events
- Responsible for understanding client-specific requirements and protocols.
- Deter suspicious or unwanted activity from client property.
- Responsible for contacting appropriate authorities with urgency (Police, Fire, Guard, etc.).
- Answer inbound calls while utilizing a multi-line phone system.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Special projects as assigned (audits, process documentation, research, etc.).
- Monitor camera alarms for assigned sites/station and act accordingly based on the events and severity of activity observed.
- Able to multitask using different computer programs.
- Ability to work under pressure while observing and handling live criminal events.
- Experience with Microsoft office-word, excel.
- Ability to effectively use google maps.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of legally protected information.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Perform other duties as required
- Authorized to work in the United States
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Must always remain alert during working hours.
- Ability to sit for long periods of time.
- Composure – Can handle stress, does not get knocked off balance by the unexpected
- Timely Decision Making – Able to make quick decisions under tight deadlines and pressure.
- Decision Quality – Most decisions are correct and accurate using a mixture of analysis, wisdom, judgement, and experience.
- Strong typing skills, 40 wpm – minimum.
- Strong attention to detail skills.
