Now Hiring: General Manager – Commercial Building Services
Location: Chelsea / Boston, MA
Compensation: $160K Base 33% Bonus ($212K Total Compensation)
We are recruiting for an established, growing commercial building services company seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee its Boston-area operation.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity with full responsibility for an approximately $8M P&L, two Operations Managers, and a team of 45 field employees.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven operations leadership experience in commercial building services, facility management, janitorial, or related service industries.
- Strong P&L management experience with responsibility for profitability and business performance.
- Experience managing field operations, service delivery, and sizable teams.
- Ability to build strong client relationships and support business growth.
- Background in both operations and sales is a plus.
Additional Details:
- Established operation with significant resources and support.
- Primarily onsite/field-based position in the Chelsea, MA area.
- Excellent compensation package with a $160K base salary and 33% target bonus.
