What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Director, Interim & Consulting Solutions position at ECA On-Demand?
ECA Partners is a tech-enabled talent solutions firm that serves private equity and corporate strategy clients. We focus on executive hiring and value creation consulting engagements within the offices of the CEO, CFO, and COO.
Our interim and consulting practice has recently experienced significant growth, and we are seeking ambitious individuals that can directly contribute to growing this practice area.
Your Role:
You’ll report directly to senior leadership and be responsible for generating new business, growing key accounts, and overseeing the delivery team for the search projects you sell. As an Associate Director, you will join a successful team of former management consultants, PhDs, and executive search professionals. In this role you will:
- Leverage our proven business development infrastructure, including dedicated lead generation support, to engage with potential clients and nurture real relationships
- Generate commissions tied to revenues produced
- Work with a highly talented execution team and network of top-tier executives and management consultants
- Become an internal thought partner and proactively look for ways to improve and scale our business
- Systematically grow key accounts
Qualifications and Candidate Background
- 3 years relevant sales/recruiting experience
- Experience in a B2B business development role, selling into C-Suite and senior-level leadership
- A track record of meeting or exceeding individual targets
- Experience placing senior-level talent in contract/interim positions preferred
- Senior-level, full-desk recruitment experience is preferred
- Proactive, results-focused and data-driven mindset
- Authorized to work in the US
Location
Preference for candidates who can regularly commute to ECA's NY office (in midtown Manhattan), or the CA office (in Santa Monica)
