Job Description: As an Order Taker at EC Ruff Marine, you will play a crucial role in managing customer orders with precision and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process customer orders via phone, email, or in person
- Confirm order details for accuracy and completeness
- Provide detailed product information and answer customer inquiries
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues professionally
