At EC Leases, we help our residents rent homes they truly love. Every summer, we build a team of 12–15 motivated helpers to get our "Grid" homes ready for new residents. It’s hard work, but we do it in a fun, fast-paced team environment.

The Schedule (We Work Around You!)

We know you have a life. Many of our team members have other jobs, summer classes, or vacation plans. We are happy to work around your needs.

• Primary Work Blocks: June 15 – July 2 and July 15 – August 2.
• Daily Window: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No nights, no Sundays).
• Earnings: Most helpers earn between $500 and $3,000  depending on their availability.

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a "boots-on-the-ground" role where you will learn the inner workings of residential property management and renovation.

Phase 1: Inspections (The "Deep Dive"): Checking homes after move-outs, using Google Drive to document needs, light cleaning, and prepping surfaces.

Phase 2: The Refresh: You’ll join a specialized team focused on:

• Paint Team: Sanding, priming, painting, and caulking.
• Flooring Team: Helping with wood floors and polyurethane prep.
• Outdoor Team: Landscaping, pressure washing, and weeding.
• Repairs: Learning simple, essential home maintenance skills.

• Credit Seekers: If you need this for school credit (specifically for CM majors), we are happy to help you document your hours!
