About the Role
EC-Council is seeking a skilled Video Production Specialist for an intensive 9–12 week contract engagement to support a high-volume video production initiative. This is a hands-on, full-time role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and can independently manage filming and audio capture, with post-production editing skills considered a strong plus.
Contract Details
- Duration: 9–12 weeks, with potential to extend beyond 12 weeks based on production needs
- Schedule: 5 days per week, 8–9 hours per day
- Location: On-site / Studio location (Downtown Albuquerque)
- Start Date: September 14th (Tenative)
- Compensation: $17/hr
Responsibilities
- Operate Blackmagic URSA and Blackmagic Pocket Cinema cameras to film a high volume of instructional/training content
- Set up and manage on-set audio recording, ensuring clean, broadcast-quality sound capture
- Manage lighting, framing, and camera settings across multiple filming setups per day
- Organize and maintain raw footage, project files, and media assets throughout the production cycle
- Maintain a consistent, fast-turnaround production pace across the full engagement, which may run 9–12 weeks or longer
Required Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated experience filming with Blackmagic URSA and Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera
- Strong working knowledge of on-set audio recording (mic placement, levels, recorders, wireless systems)
- Solid understanding of lighting setup
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet daily/weekly production quotas
- Detail-oriented with good file/asset organization habits
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro for editing, color correction, and audio cleanup
- Prior experience producing corporate training, e-learning, or educational video content
- Basic motion graphics or animation skills (After Effects a plus)
- Experience working in high-volume, deadline-driven production environments
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5.0 – 8.0 per week
