EC COOL AIR CONDITIONIG is currently seeking HVAC Service Technicians to join our family company. Our Service Technicians are responsible to diagnose all aspects of the HVAC system, give customers options and pricing of repairs, order parts for install purposes and collect payment upon completion while ensuring quality work is completed to all state codes.
Our roots go back to 1997 and our main focus has always been to keep our word.
We are located in Miaim, Florida (Kendall) and service South Broward, Miami-Dade, and Homestead.

Responsibilities
- Successfully perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems
- Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose issues
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools to inspect repair, and conduct maintenance on furnaces, condensers, and compressors
- Build client relationships by providing outstanding service through strong communication and customer service skills
- Educate your clients on their systems and maintenance requirements
- Identify opportunities for clients to improve their home comfort systems through product overview
- Ensure compliance with appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety
- Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs and/or records
- Complete all tasks in accordance with quality and safety standards
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in Servicing, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and correcting diverse HVAC system issues
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- EPA Universal required
- Mechanical knowledge and understanding
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations
- Results driven in a high-energy environment
- Attention to detail
- Must be able to follow directions and work independently
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
