Position Summary:
This is a strategic, customer-facing Business Analyst / Product Owner-type role for client’s Enterprise Services IT division.
This role will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions that drive organizational efficiency and growth.
The role with work closely with our business stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into IT delivered products! It takes an individual with enthusiasm and drive to build enterprise at-scale solutions.
More importantly - success in the role will be guided by your critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
The position bridges business and technology, representing the IT data and analytics function to the business.
The role involves working directly with senior stakeholders (executives, department heads, and cross-functional teams) to understand business needs, define problems, and design solutions leveraging data, analytics, and technology.
It’s not a backend or coding-heavy role, but a front-facing leadership position requiring strong communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
The individual will be responsible for building and managing product roadmaps, defining priorities, and ensuring that all initiatives align with measurable business value rather than ad hoc or low-impact requests.
The role often spans multiple concurrent projects across departments, working closely with engineering, DevOps, and data teams to deliver technology solutions.
