Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as a lead custodian and train new custodial workers.
- Operate custodial equipment (floor washing machines, buffers, vacuums).
- Perform general floor care (sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, stripping, waxing, buffing).
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, classrooms, and other facilities.
- Inspect and clean grounds; report facility deficiencies and material needs.
- Perform light maintenance on equipment used.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Age: Must be 18 years or older
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of custodial work experience
- Licensing: Valid Driver’s License
Background Check:
- Must pass TBI/FBI background check and fingerprinting (includes TN/Federal criminal history, child abuse records, employment verification, and reference checks). Any discrepancies will result in immediate disqualification.
Salary : $14 - $20
