What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Technician position at eBryIT, Inc.?
- 1yrs experience in servicing/deploying/troubleshooting computer equipment.
- Must have proven customer service background. Individual will be knowledgeable of Windows operating system environment.
- Able to comprehend and follow verbal and written technical instructions and scripts.
- Provides desk side support in the problem isolation.
- Qualified resources should have A certification or equivalent skill set.
- Tech needs to be able to keep up with the high pace of installs and crawl under desks to the wire.
- Must be able to stoop, bend and kneel throughout the day.
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma. Associates degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science, Information Services.
- Two-year college or technical school preferred and two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have a good driving record over the last 3 years.
- Must have reliable transportation to travel to all customer sites.
