Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Supervisor located in Midway, FL. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production operations, including managing production schedules, coordinating production planning, and ensuring smooth workflow. This role also involves leading a team, monitoring performance, and maintaining effective communication across departments to achieve production goals. The Production Supervisor will ensure that all activities comply with safety and quality standards.

Job Summary:
The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production schedules, ensure that inventory levels are managed properly, plan, schedule, implement, and monitor production activities, ensuring contract requirements, product specifications, and deadlines are met.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring equipment is always maintained and in production-ready state.
- Works closely with equipment manufacturer support team.
- Manages and oversees the day-to-day production workflow.
- Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- Assists with setting and overseeing work assignments, schedules, and work quality of the manufacturing team.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Reviews contract specifications, drawings, sales orders, and other project documents to understand requirements.
- Schedules and coordinates work with and of appropriate department staff so that projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Identifies, acquires, and ensures the availability of materials and supplies.
- Drafts, develops, and implements cost-effective manufacturing methods and procedures to ensure that production is within applicable standards.
- Prepares workforce projections and budget estimates based on a summary of labor hours and material costs for each job.
- Identifies requirements for packaging and shipping.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Required to get forklift certified

Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
Salary range $70000-75000 annually
