We are seeking dedicated, fully licensed mental health professionals to join our expanding clinical team.
Position Overview
The Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide outpatient psychotherapy services in a professional, supportive clinical environment. We are looking for clinicians who demonstrate sound clinical judgment, strong ethical standards, excellent documentation practices, and a genuine commitment to helping clients achieve meaningful progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, and/or family psychotherapy within areas of clinical competency.
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor client progress.
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions appropriate to client needs.
- Collaborate with practice leadership regarding clinical quality and continuity of care.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA, professional ethics, and applicable Maryland regulations.
- Manage an agreed-upon caseload and maintain professional communication regarding scheduling and client needs.
Required Qualifications
Applicants must hold one of the following active Maryland clinical licenses:
- Licensed Certified Social Worker–Clinical (LCSW-C)
- Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Additional Requirements:
- Master's degree or higher in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related clinical discipline.
- Current unrestricted Maryland clinical license.
- Ability to independently provide outpatient psychotherapy within the scope of licensure.
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills.
- Ability to use electronic health record systems.
- Commitment to ethical, client-centered, and culturally responsive care.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience providing outpatient mental health services.
- Familiarity with TherapyAppointment, Headway, or similar practice management platforms.
- Experience with trauma-informed care, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, family dynamics, or life transitions.
- Experience working with diverse populations.

Compensation
Competitive compensation based on a percentage of collected revenue, as established in the Independent Contractor Clinical Services Agreement.
