Time Type: Full time Department: PACE Center All Locations: 10 Garofalo Street - Revere PACE Position Summary: Assists PACE Center participants with personal care, restorative rehabilitation, meals, group and individual activities. Accompanies participants on transportation as needed to ensure safety. May be assigned to assist supported housing participants with morning care. Actively contributes to the operations of the Day Center by contributing ideas for the activities program and offering suggestions to improve daily operations. Contributes to participant care planning and assessment through reports to the Activities Coordinator, PACE Center Nurses and Rehabilitation staff.
