EBNER Furnaces is seeking a highly motivated Accounting Manager to lead and enhance our accounting operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Under the direction of the Controller, this leadership role is responsible for overseeing financial processes, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement across accounting systems.

Duties
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes and ensure timely reporting
- Manage cost accounting functions within a manufacturing environment
- Maintain the integrity of the General Ledger and ensure GAAP compliance
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities
- Serve as ERP system owner (SAP) and process excellence
- Maintain strong internal controls and support audit and compliance efforts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 5 years of progressive accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
- ERP experience (SAP) Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
- Leadership mindset with a continuous improvement approach
