Summary: This position manages the flow of paperwork of incoming and outgoing shipments. Verifies its accuracy and maintains efficient office operation.
Essential Functions of the Job:
- Organize and distribute Daily Outbound Shipments.
- Update daily shipping and receiving schedule.
- Tracking all inbound and outbound shipments.
- Monitor and respond to all customer issues via email. Trouble shoots all issues.
- Routing of customer orders through various customer portals.
- Assign drivers to the appropriate door.
- Deliver small inbound parcel packages to the appropriate area of the facility.
- File all paperwork according to company policies.
- Scan company paperwork daily as requested.
- Always maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Prepare regular shipping and Receiving reports for Managers.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- The ability to adapt to change.
- The ability to well under pressure.
- The ability to do well with others in an office setting and maintain organization between cross-departmental lines.
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment.
- Proficient with computers utilizing Microsoft office software applications, SAP knowledge a plus.
