Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Regional Distribution Manager - South at ebm-papst. The responsibilities include managing regional distribution partners to drive sales growth and ensuring alignment with company strategies and goals. The role requires maintaining strong relationships with distributors and key accounts, developing and executing distribution strategies, and overseeing sales forecasting and inventory planning. The manager will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying business opportunities, and providing training and support to distributors to maximize performance. The Distribution Manager collaborates with local Account Managers to drive new business.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, distribution management, or channel partner management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and drive strategic decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience building relationships with stakeholders.
- Skilled in sales forecasting, inventory planning, and managing performance metrics.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, reporting tools, and ERP platforms.
- Familiarity with ventilation, HVAC, or relevant technical industries is a plus.
- Ability to manage a large territory, work autonomously, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- 50-75% travel within the assigned region required
