POSITION SUMMARY:
Position is located in a chemical refinery and is a temporary role that can become permanent in Channahon or Lemont IL. This role involves maintaining multiple buildings and includes doing janitorial services for the client.
POSITION DETAILS:
SHIFT: 6AM - 2:30PM
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday
HOURLY RATE: $18.00
DUTIES & FUNCTIONS:
The following reflects managements definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.
- Responsible for floor care, including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and spot-cleaning carpets of all office areas and non-production employee lounge.
- Dusting and disinfect equipment, furniture, and/or fixtures, etc...
- Responsible for removing trash in office areas and non-production employee lounge.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms daily
- Cleaning of windows in conference rooms and management offices, etc...
- Stoking of supplies throughout the office.
- Performs other duties as assigned by manager.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to complete a client specific background check.
- Complete a safety class specific to a chemical refinery
- Must be able to complete a federal regulated drug test (marijuana included)
- Able to follow safety instructions and comply with all safety regulations on site.
- Must have a goods standing driving record.
