What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at EBETEC Language Academy?
Monday - Thursday - 8 am to 4:00 pm
Monday - Thursday - 4 pm to 10:30 pm
Every other Friday - 8 am to 4 pm
Qualifications:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Customer service/ secretary/ reception 1 year (Preferred)
- US work authorization (Required)
- Bi-Lingual in English/Spanish
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Knowledge and awareness of current customer service principles.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Greet students, potential students, and visitors.
- Answer phone calls.
- Assist in scheduling meetings for administrators.
- Maintain records of school operations, such as registration and class schedules.
