We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented On-Site Technician to join our growing team. This position is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys interacting with customers, and wants to develop a skilled trade. No construction experience is required—we are willing to train the right person.
What You'll Do
As an On-Site Technician, you will travel to customer appointments and provide professional, high-quality service.
Responsibilities include:
- Communicating professionally and courteously with assigned customers
- Arriving on time and being punctual for scheduled appointments
- Assessing window screens and determining the appropriate repair
- Performing window screen repairs and installations
- Building and installing custom window screens
- Assisting with patio enclosures and sunroom projects
- Maintaining a clean and professional work area
- Paying close attention to measurements, details, and finished workmanship
- Taking pride in the quality of every job completed
- Representing Eberhart Window Screen Repair professionally while working at customer homes

No construction background? That's okay! We provide hands-on training for the right candidate. We're more interested in finding someone who is reliable, hardworking, personable, and willing to learn.
Compensation & Growth
We believe in rewarding employees who learn the trade, provide excellent customer service, and consistently produce quality work.
- Training: $20/hour
- Training typically lasts 1–2 weeks, depending on the candidate's progress
- After training: $22–$25/hour
- Within approximately 3 months: Goal of reaching $25–$30/hour, plus performance bonuses
- After 3 months: Monthly per diem provided toward insurance
- Mileage reimbursement included
- Opportunities for increased compensation based on performance and skill development
