What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shipping and Receiving Clerk position at Eberhart's Custom Embroidery?
We are seeking a Shipping & Receiving clerk to coordinate incoming and outgoing shipment activities.
Job Duties:
- Examine contents and compare records and orders to verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments
- Ensure incoming shipments are properly received
- Pack, seal, label, and affix postage to prepare orders for shipping
- Continually improve processes and workflow
- Work with Purchasing and Sales department for inflow of orders
- Work with Screen Printing department for flow of inbound and outbound orders
- Work with Embroidery department for flow of inbound and outbound orders
- Complete special projects as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Maintain inventory control
Required Qualifications/Skills:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 35lbs to table height
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
- Previous textile warehouse experience is a plus
- Spanish speaking a plus

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
