Opened in 2020, the Pillars of Prospect Park is conveniently located off the light rail transit station and close to the metro bus near the University of Minnesota campus in Minneapolis, MN. This senior living community features 133 Independent living, 106 assisted living and 44 memory care apartments. Two buildings, make up this vibrant community and also encompasses an on-site Intergenerational Child Care Center. Serves as Receptionist for the community by answering phones and greeting family, visitors and vendors as well as leading the front desk department. Responsible for clerical support to all departments needing assistance. 

This schedule includes;

• 48 hours every two weeks ; part-time
• Evening Shift ; 3:00pm-10:30pm
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation

Responsibilities:

• Greets and provides courteous assistance to all whom enter the community 
• Supervises security of the facility by unlocking entrances and supervising those entering and exiting 
• Clerical duties for various departments such as; mailings, petty cash account, distributes mail and transactions with resident funds 
• Responds to medical, fire, maintenance and security emergencies per building policies and procedures 

Required:

• Familiar with office software (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to type accurately and with efficiency
• Strong customer service proficiency  
• High-level verbal and written communication skills 
• Basic math skills

An individual's pay rate within the posted range may be determined by various factors, including skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization prioritizes pay equity and considers internal team equity when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical. Salary : $16 - $23
