We are looking for a Memory Care Manager to join our team in Grand Rapids, MN! The Memory Care Manager will be responsible for implementing the Dimensions Program, fostering staff participation and ownership. This role involves managing and supervising the programmatic, physical, and educational aspects of the Dimensions Community to meet the needs and expectations of residents and their families. The Memory Care Manager will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and provide education to staff and families, equipping them to effectively interact with residents experiencing dementia.
This schedule includes;
- 80 hours every two weeks ; full-time
- Day shift
- Weekend and holiday rotation

Responsibilities Job Description
- Provide leadership and supervision to staff, volunteers, and/or students.
- Establish and support an environment conducive to the provision of quality services and high-level customer satisfaction
- Implement and maintain the Dimensions Program
- Develop programs and activities reflective of Dimensions Community resident interests
- In partnership with the Executive Director and Director of Health Services, develop a budget, routinely monitor financial activities, and maintain accurate financial records
- Support a marketing plan aimed at full occupancy
- Perform other duties as assigned and directed
Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Associate's Degree
- Current Driver's License in good standing
- 0-1 year experience
- Microsoft Office experience
- High-level communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with older adults
Preferred Education/Experience/Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-3 years experience
