Opened in 2020, the Pillars of Prospect Park is conveniently located off the light rail transit station and close to the metro bus near the University of Minnesota campus in Minneapolis, MN. This senior living community features 133 Independent living, 106 assisted living and 44 memory care apartments. Two buildings, make up this vibrant community and also encompasses an on-site Intergenerational Child Care Center. We are looking for a Lead Resident Assistant who would be responsible for providing personal care and designated health-related services to enhance and/or maintain the residents' physical and emotional wellbeing.
This lead caregiver position includes;
- 64 hours every two weeks ; full-time
- Day Shift
- Occasional weekends and holiday rotation

Required Qualifications
- One to Three Years
- Ability to use technology in the form of computers, handheld devices, cell phones, and fax machines
- Must have a block schedule of a 0.2 FTE or greater per pay period
- Satisfy the Assisted Living Licensure 144g
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree: CNA or HHA Certification
- Three to Five Years
