Ebenezer is looking for a Housekeeping and Maintenance Technician to join our team at Wildwood Manor Apartments in Moundsview, MN! This position is responsible, under the direction of the Property Manager or Property Maintenance Supervisor for the overall housekeeping and maintenance of the building.

Ebenezer is looking for a Housekeeping and Maintenance Technician to join our team at Wildwood Manor Apartments in Moundsview, MN! This position is responsible, under the direction of the Property Manager or Property Maintenance Supervisor for the overall housekeeping and maintenance of the building.
This enviornmental/maintenance schedule includes;
- 80 hours ever two weeks
- Full time, Day shift
- Weekends as needed
- On call every other week
- Cleans public areas of building as assigned
- Performs job duties safely, using correct body mechanics and personal protective equipment
- Maintains cleaning equipment and supplies
- Performs routine maintenance duties
- Performs general repairs
- Performs other duties required by the specific housing community
- less than 1 year of previous experience
- Must have a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Current Driver’s License (in good standing)
- Special Boilers License Upon Hire
- Vocational School Vocational/Technical Training or
- Associate of Applied Science Associate Degree: HVAC or related
- Three to five years of previous experience
