What are the responsibilities and job description for the Float Corporate Sales Consultant - Casual position at Ebenezer?
We are looking for a Float Corporate Sales Consultant - Casual to join our Corporate team! This position provided sales direction and support for Ebenezer housing & health care sites including new construction, owned and managed sites, adult day programs and child care. This business operations schedule includes;
- Casual/on call position
- May need to work evening or weekend for special events

- Supports Ebenezer communities with market information and sales consultation to ensure successful occupancy and customer service outcome
- Audits to makes sure sales system is implemented and process is followed
- Collaborate with Corporate Marketing Consultants to develop/coordinate marketing content and initiatives to support sales goals
- Creates and implements methods for monitoring the achievement of site sales goals, and provides reports for the Corporate Director of Sales as requested
- Provides training and oversight in Eldermark CRM system
- Supports coordinates referral events (i.e. CEU programs, prospect events, etc.)
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree (Business/Marketing/Communications, related field)
- Current Driver's license (in good standing)
- Basic understand of Microsoft applications
- Three to Five years of related experience (Senior Housing experience preferred)
Preferred:
- Graphics or Layout programs including Quark, PageMaker, Photoshop
- Familiar with using PowerPoint
