We are looking for a Server/Culinary Assistant to join our team! This role is responsible for dining room meal service to our senior age residents and maintaining supplies in the kitchenettes for our Assisted/Independent Living Community in Sarasota, FL.
This nutrition services schedule includes:
- 42 hours every two weeks
- Evening hours
- Tuesday - Sunday 4:00pm-7:30pm
- Holidays as needed

Job Overview:
- Serves prepared meals to residents and ensures the dining area is clean and inviting
- Promotes and encourages positive resident relations and happiness with their meal service
- Sanitizes equipment, work areas and maintains supplies
- Assists with meal prep and special events
- Provides kitchen support when needed with dish washing and cleaning of floors
- Answers phones and communicates requests appropriately
Qualifications:
- No previous experience required, but prefer work experience in a customer service setting
- Excellent customer service skills and proficiency, collaboration and positive demeanor required
- Desire to work with seniors
- Ability to interact compassionately and communicate effectively with residents and staff
