We are looking for a motivated and organized Entry-Level HR Representative to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for someone who is beginning their HR career and is eager to learn about recruiting, employee relations, onboarding, and HR administration.
Responsibilities
- Assist with recruiting and scheduling interviews.
- Onboard new employees and complete new hire paperwork.
- Maintain employee records and HR files.
- Answer basic employee questions regarding company policies and benefits.
- Support payroll and timekeeping processes as needed.
- Assist with planning employee events and training sessions.
- Perform general administrative duties and other HR tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous office or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
