Clothing Sales Associate

Ebels Clothing Department in Reed City is hiring a Part-Time Sales Associate. We're looking for a friendly, adaptable team member to support daily retail operations, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain a clean, organized store environment.

Compensation for this position ranges from $14.00 to $16.00 per hour, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet and assist customers professionally in an active retail setting with face-to-face customer interaction.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Stock, rotate, and display merchandise.
• Maintain clean and organized shelves, racks, and store areas.
• Use store systems for product lookup, sales, and returns.

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable using computers and cash registers; accurate with basic math.
Physically able to stand, walk, lift (up to 35 lbs regularly, 50 lbs occasionally), and perform tasks like bending, reaching, and climbing.
