Key Responsibilities
- Create promotional product presentations and quotes using user friendly software
- Oversee orders from quote to production, fulfillment, and delivery
- Support webstore customer service, order fulfillment, and issue resolution
- Webstore setup, product selection, pricing, and updates using user friendly software
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage projects without constant supervision
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Strong working knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks streams in a fast-paced environment
