About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Payroll and HR Sales Manager to lead a team of sales representatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, a strong understanding of payroll and HR services, and leadership skills to drive team performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Train and coach sales team members on payroll and HR service offerings.
• Monitor KPIs, pipeline activity, and deal progression to ensure sales goals are met.
• Establish and maintain relationships with business clients.
• Collaborate with marketing to generate leads and enhance outreach efforts.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings.

Qualifications

• 3 years of sales leadership experience in payroll, HR, or related services.
• Strong B2B sales background with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Knowledge of payroll processing, HR compliance, and employee benefits.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in HubSpot software and sales reporting tools.
