Role Description The Traffic Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role located in Sacramento, CA. This role is responsible for coordinating the flow of orders, shipments, and logistics activities to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation. Daily tasks include communicating with internal teams and external partners, tracking shipments, resolving delivery issues, and updating systems with current status information. The Traffic Coordinator supports customer service and sales by providing accurate scheduling, freight cost information, and shipment visibility. The role also involves monitoring carrier performance, supporting project timelines, and assisting with continuous improvement of traffic management processes.
