EBA is a full service professional civil and environmental engineering firm with over 50 years of recognized expertise in Land Development, Civil engineering design, planning and permitting; Solid waste design, closure and reporting, We have a solid, growing team with a reputation for working well with both public and private clients.
Responsibilities include, but aren't limited, to the following:
- Develop and assess civil design documents including, but not limited to site development plans, local roads, complete streets, drainage and ADA compliant intersections, etc., Compost facility designs.
- Ensure project costs, schedule, and performance targets are achieved
- Serve as project manager/liaison between technical resources and clients, including attending client meetings, town halls, etc.
- Engage in business development efforts
- Mentor junior engineers and project managers
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- 6 years of civil experience in municipal engineering, roadway design, hydraulic design, and project management
- Project management/coordination skills and desire to help develop others
- Experience with design and modeling software tools, specifically AutoCAD/Civil 3D
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Valid California driver's license
Desired Experience:
- Active California P.E. license
- Site development and MS4 stormwater regulations
- Caltrans design standards
- Construction management
- Supervising or mentoring others

Salary : $110,000 - $150,000
