Job description:NY Director of Wellness - LPN or RNWe are seeking a Director of Wellness with supervisory experience in geriatric services to direct, manage and support our Wellness Department. The successful RN in this role must possess an abiding respect for and knowledge of the elderly and have an extraordinary ability to multitask under pressure. With an emphasis on geriatric care management, the Director of Wellness is an essential position, reporting to the Executive Director.You must be a nurse with proven capabilities in managing a team, scheduling employees, maintaining charts, overseeing medication administration and creating team member assignments. You must have a proven track record for inspiring and leading a unified, cohesive team in excelling for the good of the community.
