Role Description The EB-5 Investor Relations Manager role is a full-time, in-person position based in Tampa, FL in our beautiful new downtown high-rise. The individual in this role will manage relationships with current and prospective EB-5 investors, respond to inquiries, and provide clear updates on project status and immigration milestones. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing investor communications, organizing webinars and presentations, coordinating documentation for investments, and liaising with internal teams and external partners such as immigration attorneys and project sponsors. The role also involves monitoring investment performance, addressing investor concerns promptly, and maintaining accurate records in CRM and reporting systems.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Familiarity with the EB-5 Program
- 2 years of investor relations, corporate communication, or capital markets experience
- Professionalism, positive attitude, perseverance, mental toughness, and initiative in the face of challenges
- Strong Investor Relations skills, including relationship management and investor communication.
Preferred:
- Solid Finance and Investments knowledge, with the ability to explain EB-5 structures and project economics.
- Extensive knowledge of the EB-5 space, including regional center compliance, targeted economic areas (TEAs), and I-526E/I-829 filings.
- Bi-lingual in either Hindi, Chinese, or Vietnamese
- Series 7/63/65 licensing
- Analytical Skills and Financial Modeling capabilities to assess project feasibility and investment performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience in immigration-related investments, private equity, or real estate development is beneficial.
Compensation Range: EB-5 USA offers employees a competitive and valuable range of total rewards, monetary and non-monetary, designed to support their well-being and recognize their time, talents, and results. Along with base compensation, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, a 401(k) plan with a generous match, and recognition rewards. For this role, the base compensation is $100,000 with two semi-annual discretionary bonuses.
