What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Shop Agent position at Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa?
The Retail Sales Agent will be responsible for assisting all guests with sundries, clothing and gift needs. Supply guests with requests while still maintaining the company standards and making a profit. To keep a tight control on all items to ensure that all merchandise is accounted for.
Must have a flexible schedule and able to work weekends and week days; open, close and mid shifts
Ability to communicate clearly in English with guests, management and co-workers.
High school graduate.
Previous retail experience with luxury brand.
Previous experience in hospitality industry, ideally in a resort/hotel setting.
Ability to work in a small area with limited movement.
Ability to work cohesively with other departments as part of a team.
Ability to focus on details and resolve numerical problems.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data.
Salary : $25,000 - $45,000
