From building repairs to improvement projects, you’ll help create safe, functional spaces that reflect our commitment to excellence.
This position is located in Manitowish Waters, WI.
Position Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance, repair and improvement projects across multiple facilities.
- Complete basic plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks, unclogging drains and replacing fixtures.
- Handle minor electrical repairs by replacing outlets, switches, light fixtures and bulbs.
- Perform carpentry and paint touch-ups to maintain doors, cabinets, drywall and facility surfaces.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify maintenance needs and opportunities for improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 2 years of experience in general maintenance, handyman services or a related field.
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and general building repairs.
- A valid driver’s license.
