This full-time position is located in Manitowish Waters, WI.
Position Responsibilities
- Perform full-cycle recruiting for seasonal and year-round employees for multiple businesses associated with EAU Holdings.
- Recruit quality active and passive candidates by sourcing, maintaining candidate pipelines, pursuing referrals and developing meaningful contacts.
- Support and maintain relationships with local schools and communities to find talent.
- Assist with onboarding, training, and organizing employee documentation.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date job descriptions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources (HR), Business or related field.
- 2 years of experience in HR or recruiting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems. Workday experience a plus.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
