Responsibilities:
- Greet all customers with a friendly smile and communicate effectively.
- Honor customers by providing quick, friendly and personal service.
- Interact with customers, learn their names, favorite products and food items.
- Respond appropriately to customer questions and concerns.
- Ensure work station and product displays are stocked, clean, tidy and well presented
- Maintain working knowledge of food items, guest service and production processes
- Work cooperatively with other associates.
- Maintain high quality work and safety standards.
- Assist in other departments as needed.
Job Qualifications:
- Experience in same or similar position
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to prioritize work tasks, multi-task, and maintain focus
- Positive, optimistic, enthusiastic and self-confident attitude
- Operate calmly and proactively in stressful situations
- Meet all required attendance guidelines of the position
- Speak, read, write, and understand English and speak distinctly to others
