Responsibilities:
- Greet guests, learn their names, manage the market flow, and the players
- Inspire players to have a sense of self-pride and passion for food, service, and high standards.
- Train, develop and promote players and assess performance on a regular basis.
- Implement training programs that improve market experience, guest care, and profitability.
- Maintain and build the market from a complimentary perspective, remaining true to the brand.
- Maintain all merchandising standards and monitor inventory levels.
- Manage cash handling, opening/closing office procedures, depending on your shift
- Manage equipment and the interior/exterior of the market as needed.
- Support and emulate the work culture, policies, procedures, and standardization set by Eatzi's.
Qualifications:
- 4 years restaurant management experience or
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management and 2 years of restaurant management experience
- Proven experience in managing food and labor aspects of P&L and budgeting functions.
- Results-oriented. Able to set the vision and see the “big picture.”
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills
- Possess strong leadership skills. Able to build a team to reach desired goals.
