Role Overview
The Regional Marketing Coordinator (RMC) is a leadership marketing role responsible for managing and supporting pods of marketing interns across multiple universities. This position emphasizesflexible communication, leadership, organization, and accountability, rather than day-to-day execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Intern Leadership & Management
- Lead and manage pods of 3-4 marketing interns across multiple campuses
- Oversee interns in areas such as:
- Social Media
- Nonprofit & Club Outreach
- Campus Events
- Data Analysis
- Conduct weekly pod check-ins
- Provide feedback, clarity, accountability, and mentorship
- Serve as the main communication bridge between interns and senior leadership
- Campaign Coordination & KPI Accountability
- Support and oversee execution of marketing initiatives, including:
- Digital and social campaigns
- On-campus activations and events
- Internship-driven outreach campaigns
- Track progress toward KPIs such as:
- Weekly signup goals
- Outreach benchmarks
- Identify issues early and communicate blockers proactively
- Communication & Collaboration
- Attend weekly Monday leadership meetings
- Help coordinate intern logistics, resources, and pay communication
- Contribute ideas to improve the EATS2SEATS Marketing Internship Program
- Occasional Marketing Support
- Assist with execution as needed, such as:
- Flyering
- Updating or creating flyerg
- Light content creation
- On-campus activations
Qualifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Prior leadership experience (student orgs, internships, teams, etc.)
- Background in marketing, brand strategy, or startup operations
- Ability to manage multiple people and priorities independently
- Comfortable giving feedback and holding peers accountable
- Familiarity with campus culture and student engagement is a plus
Compensation & Perks
- $15/hour, paid bi-weekly
