Eaton’s ES AMER MFGSC division is currently seeking a Warehouse Lead (Outbound) - 1st Shift at our Dallas, TX facility! The core hours are Monday - Friday, 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Overtime may exceed these hours and be mandatory at times. The hourly rate for this position is $24.00/hr - $26.00/hr per hour.

In This Function, You Will
- Assist Supervisor in day-to-day DC operations.
- Monitor workload and productivity dashboard and allocate resources as required.
- Coordinate all OJT and safety training requirements.
- Participate in OJT and safety team.
- Assist in productivity and non-conformance data collection and analysis.
- Research answers and correct minor day-to-day operations problems and questions; troubleshooting to include both internal and external customer inquiries.
- Recommend new ideas and proposals supporting site scorecard categories and initiatives.
- Provide temporary supervision as required if Supervisor is away – of limited time duration.
- Support all site quality and productivity goals.
- Support kai-ban replenishment system and coordinate material handling with warehouse (W34).
- Perform work of equal or lower classifications as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED (General Education Degree) from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of one(1) year of manufacturing or warehouse experience.

- Associate's Degree or higher, in a related field of study (i.e. Business, Supply Chain).
- Must be able to multi-task and handle complex priorities.
- Ability to generate analytical reporting via Excel for Front Line Leaders.
- Must have an understanding of performance expectations and the ability to maintain productive teams in all support processes.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication.
- Must be responsive to customer requests both internally and externally.
- Must be able to exercise discretion and judgment.
