Warehouse Lead - 3rd Shift

Eaton’s ES AMER MFGSC division is currently seeking a Warehouse Lead - 3rd Shift at our Dallas, TX facility! The hourly rate for this position is $24.00 per hour. The core hours are 9:00 p.m. - 5:30 a.m, Sunday - Thursday. Overtime may exceed these hours and be mandatory at times.

What You’ll Do

The Warehouse Lead will assist the Legacy Supervisor with production scheduling, task assignment, and analysis of productivity data. They wil also coordinate on-the-job training and ensure compliance with site safety regulations through consistent follow-up and oversight.

In This Function, You Will

• Assist Supervisor in day-to-day DC operations.
• Monitor workload and productivity dashboard and allocate resources as required.
• Coordinate all OJT and safety training requirements.
• Participate in OJT and safety team.
• Assist in productivity and non-conformance data collection and analysis.
• Research answers and correct minor day-to-day operations problems and questions; troubleshooting to include both internal and external customer inquiries.
• Recommend new ideas and proposals supporting site scorecard categories and initiatives.
• Provide temporary supervision as required if Supervisor is away – of limited time duration.
• Support all site quality and productivity goals.
• Support kai-ban replenishment system and coordinate material handling with warehouse (W34).
• Perform work of equal or lower classifications as needed.
• Observe safety policies, report unsafe acts and hazards, and maintain a clean and orderly department.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  
  
  

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED (General Education Degree) from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of one year of manufacturing or warehouse experience.
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now or in the future.
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Dallas, TX will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or higher, in a related field of study (i.e. Business, Supply Chain).

• Must be able to learn on the job, adapt to changes, and become proficient quickly.
