Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a Team Lead.
The hourly rate for this position is 23.92 per hour. The hours for this shift are; Weekly: Fri, Sat, Sun 06:00am - 06:30pm.
This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Eaton’s PDCA Power Distribution Control Assembly division in El Paso is currently seeking a Team Lead.
Essential Functions
The team lead provides manufacturing expertise, support, and direction in their assigned area. The team lead assists the Supervisor in the coordination, facilitation, and motivation of the activities of all assigned employees to meet or exceed established High-5 metrics and goals including safety, quality, delivery, cost, lean and efficiency. Lead by example in areas such as safety, ethical standards, attendance, intensity, sense of urgency, team philosophy, initiative, quality assurance, standard work, 5-S, product knowledge, positive attitude, interpersonal communication skills and professional presence. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience OR an Electronics/Electrical related certification, apprenticeship, or degree
- A satisfactory record of recent job performance
- Prior work experience using a computer, including competence in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, and Excel) required.
- No relocation is provided for this position, only candidates that currently reside within 50 miles of the El Paso, TX facility will be considered.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US on an ongoing basis without company sponsorship.
- Candidate must be able to travel outside of the continental United States including, but not limited to, the Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Mexico and Canada.
