What You’ll Do
- Support hiring plans of salaried and hourly employees
- Coordinate recruitment efforts with Eaton Talent Acquisition team
- Coordinate and facilitate new employee orientation and onboarding
- Monitor employment for contingent personnel through partnership with Randstad, as needed.
- Lead outreach efforts by promoting and maintaining relationships with civic and educational institutions.
- Assist in the development of the Affirmative Action Plan and related reports/documentation.
- Provide proactive support in establishing a progressive human resources climate that enhances continuous improvement, positive communications, and a teaming environment
- Model and communicate Eaton's Values & Work Practices
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 3 year of Human Resources experience, including internships
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with recruiting

- Special knowledge of state and federal laws, regulations, and procedures as they relate to recruitment, terminations, AAP/EEO, FLSA, unemployment, Workers’ Compensation, etc
- 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or related role
- Experience with large ramp up of business in a manufacturing or similar industrial environment
